what file format do i use to make a wallpaper??

i tried png and html document (what the pic saves as) and neither work, it just shows a gray screen but shows the photo in the settings area. heres a screenshot of the home screen for ref (also why does this website play like royal music???)

Make sure the filename doesn't have any parentheses in it.
