Allow Force Dark Pages with light themes

I would love if I was able to turn on the "force dark pages" feature while using light mode because I love how light mode looks on my side bar and tabs but don't love how it looks on every single webpage!

That feature would be incredibly helpful and I think many users would appreciate them! Thanks!
