[Duplicated]Profile shortcuts are not created

I dont know if its the new update or something but I cant use the different profiles feature. every time i try to make a new one it wont make any shortcuts or allow me to access it. I looked for the notification to make them but it never shown up. ive been trying everything i can for the past hour and a half, i could really use the help.
