Animation For Speed Dial Missing

Hey everyone, I currently do not have the access to the animations on easy setup tab in my current laptop. My other laptop on the other hand has that option (see the pictures). I already tried resetting the settings still no changes. I do not want to uninstall as it will remove all my extensions and other settings that I already have. Is there anyway to fix this?!

@rixson hello, i have the same problem and have no idea how to fix it. so i suggest in the mean time to use bookmarks and just hide the speed dail tiles, i hope you find out how to fix it soon, and if you do, could you please tell me?
