Flashing white screen along with improper loading pages since last update

I am having horrible white flashes when clicking tabs, and improper loading of web pages since last update. Anyone else having this, It is horrible. I hope it is fixed soon or a solution is provided to me here. Thank you.
Here is a picture, Dark theme is on, Page is supposed to be black, Only right side it. Using amd 7900xtx gpu.

@jstahliv83 Came back here to check for replies. I got this screen, reloaded pages many times. Had to due full exit... what is going on?

There are more users with an AMD/Opera-GPU-acceleration-issue.
