[Suggestion] Remove the ability to mute pinned tab

When a tab is pinned and contains a page with sounds (e.g., a chat application), it becomes impossible to switch to the tab without muting it immediately. This happens because the loudspeaker icon appears instead of the page's regular icon. The user must either wait for the page icon to reappear or manually unmute the tab later via the context menu.
