How can I enter Blast Premier Skins Giveaway!?

Hi everyone! I'm new here, and heard about the browser from watching the Blast Premier tournament for CS2. I got to say the browser is really good!
I am wondering, how can I enter that giveaway that is being so advertised...
It says that I should just start the browser and enter my steam Id on the welcome screen. But I'm not sure if this should be done on the url field, or there is some kind of a special place where I should enter my Steam ID?

Any help would be appreciated!
