How to block favicons in Opera Chromium?

I recall old Presto Opera that there was an option to block favicons (http://en.kioskea.net/faq/15297-opera-disable-favicons). So can anyone advise which *.ini file and how it should be edited to block favicons in Opera Chromium?

Sorry, there is no ini file for blocking fetching favicons or apple-touch-icons like Opera 12.

You can have both installed at the same time without conflict.
