[Duplicated]Highlight animation in bookmarks disappeared

Hello! For the past few days, the animation has disappeared when you hover the cursor over a bookmarked page. I've tried restoring the browser and reinstalling it, but the animation still doesn’t come back. When you hover over the bookmarked website, a highlight used to appear. Does anyone know how to restore it again?!
