[Duplicated]Crashing on startup

So a while ago, I downloaded a program called mp3tag and so after I downloaded it, my opera gx and any other opera just decided to break on me, crashes and reopens itself three times till it just is closed, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and delete whole folders but when I use opera gx on a different account, on the same computer it works so was wondering how to fix this?
