Opera 114 moves painfully slow, whilst 112 does not

After the latest update Opera keeps moving very slowly, as if lacking resources. It's certainly not a issue of lacking hardware.. And all other browsers work fast.
I've disabled all plugins, tried resetting settings to default, installed in a new directory. And that's with 114.
Tried installing 112 and that works fine.
OS - Windows 11 Dev Build 26120.1542. Opera One(version: 114.0.5282.21)
