AI in a browser - blessing or curse?

DerHimmelssheriff-99 last edited by DerHimmelssheriff-99I‘ve stumbled upon this article about AI in browsers which mentions major browser makers and their stance towards AI. Opera also is mentioned which endorses AI as well as Vivaldi firmly rejecting it, calling AI „a lying machine“, privacy invading and copyright violating.
I myself am a bit torn between pro and con as I‘m also not finally decided on Opera or Vivaldi.
I‘d like to know your informed attitudes about this topic.
