Delete cookies each time closed?

A programmer fixing a website asked me if I have regular (not session) cookies set to be deleted automatically each time Opera closes. Not that I want to, but in looking for the answer to their question I couldn't find any setting like that, only something requiring user (manual) action. Is there one?

Main cookie settings are at the URL opera://settings/content/siteData now (due to Chromium changing the location).
