Youtube video keeps pausing and playing randomly

I'm trying to play youtube videos and it keeps playing and pausing every second or few seconds at a time when I'm on the youtube website, but works fine in the mini player when I'm not on the main youtube page. I've tried everything i can think of and nothing is working.
