glitched profile pictures across multiple websites

so a couple days ago pfps on youtube just stopped loading and just showed like a transparent circle with a black outline. i've noticed it happening for pfp's on all my websites, on discord messages, my roblox pfp, even here on my account pfp so i'm guessing it's a browser issue. does anyone have any way to fix it? if so i would be really grateful because this is getting extremely annoying
