Printing saved page

I have a page saved. I want to print it through either my Samsung or HP print app. I open it, share it to the app, and it sends the URL of the online content, not what I have saved, which is totally different. Same for pdf app, or email, or any other method. I DO NOT want to send the URL, I want to print/send a copy of the saved page.
So what's the solution? As if I don't already know the answer.
Otherwise this feature is just about worthless to me. About the only thing I planned on using it for was saving something when I was out that I could print at home later.
