Anyone know how to patch Opera12 to support the newer TLS algorithms?

Yes, Opera 12.x can be patched for these new ciphers. Just like all the other non-Opera Software ASA patches for Opera12.
It's just most devs doing that kind of work write in cyrillic, and the best chances of finding the patch is asking for it on the opera forums where I found the links to the previous patches.

It's just most devs doing that kind of work write in cyrillic, ...I think there is a difference in perspective here. In your original post, you asked if anyone knew how to patch Opera 12 to support new TLS algorithms. Most helpers here would probably assume you were either seeking some kind of "official" Opera 'fix' method or a simple user mod to an Opera file that has maybe worked for other similar things in the past... and this seems to be the context of @gwen-dragon's response, as well as my own thinking when reading your post earlier today.
On the other hand, if you're asking (as it now seems likely) for an entire coded patch that can be welded into an Opera installation, that's another situation entirely. The biggest concern I have with such an approach is that you're entrusting the security aspects of a browser to a total "dev" stranger... and I think that should bear some very serious caution, both from an integrity and trust standpoint.

Oh yes, Opera 12 can be patched with code to anything you like, may be most modern cipher curves for SSL. But.... There is no decision of Opera Devs to do this as i know. They will fix only security issues and invest time to develop Opera 26.
And Opera 12 is not unsecure at TLS 1.2.
