Feature Request: Add "reopen all closed tabs" function

Would be nice to be able to reconstitute a lost set of tabs (due to accidental closure, crash or other). This feature is nice to have. Might look like a button to "reopen last 23 tabs recently closed?" button as drop down for re-open functionality in general.

This please. I also really need. Sometimes opera close all my tabs due to crash or i mistakenly close the tabs. I need all my tabs in history in bulk so i can immediately just recover with one click all my closed tabs in the history.
