problems with uploading

So ever since the newest version is released, I have trouble with uploading stuff about half of the time I upload something. I first thought it was just Hotmail, but I have since found out that it happens on all sites when I upload something, including Facebook. What happens is that the page doesn't react, then I want to open a new tab with my speed dials often that tab remains all white. Also, I cannot stop Opera then. The only way to stop Opera in that situation is to use force stop. I have 26.0.1656.60, on a Mac OS X 10.10.1 64-bit.
