Is it possible to have multiple wallpaper images in a Gx mod?

Hello, I'm trying to make a mod that has a gallery of images and the wallpaper is changed to a random image in a folder. All my attempts to have it change so far has failed. Does opera gx not allow it? Do i need to declare something special in my manifest? I'm able to get the wallpaper to change to a specific image but never to something else without adjusting the code.

See https://forums.opera.com/post/353871 for how to specify multiple wallpapers. But, not sure if you can do any automated switching between them or anything like that.
