I've been taking an online course with their own Microsoft domain, which gives me access to a "custom VLE version" of some of the Microsoft services like the Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc...), and to Microsoft Teams as well. It also generates a custom e-mail that's only valid within the VLE. Normally, once you're logged in the VLE, everything kind of works automatically. If you go to an option called "Outlook" for example, it directs you to a page with the same interface of a normal Microsoft Outlook e-mail page (showing your Inbox, Draft, Junk e-mail etc...), except it's a custom "course version" of it, which is already logged in that same aforementioned generated ID e-mail address.

The issue I'm having is: One of the options is the "course version" of Microsoft Teams. When I enter this option, it's supposed to take me to the "course version" of Teams, already logged in that same custom ID generated e-mail. That would show me VLE calendar, with the classes notifications and the links to the online classes that I can easily click on to attend to at my own convenience. But that simply does not happen. Instead, It forcefully logs in my personal account, and it just won't let me log out. When I try, it just logs back in. Sometimes, it logs me out, but won't let me change the e-mail address, only the password. To be fair, by erasing part of the URL, I can manage to make it show the login window allowing me to re-enter my full credentials, except, it's not on the "course VLE version" of it anymore, but the actual Microsoft domain, so it obviously just says that account does not exist. I tried erasing the saved credentials from the browser, but to no avail. So, I'm out of ideas.

If anyone has any idea of why this is happening or how to solve it, I'd appreciate some guidance on what to do.

I would goto the URL opera://settings/content/all, type live.com in the search field and click "Delete displayed data". Then, repeat for microsoft.com, outlook.com, microsoft365.com and microsoftonline.com.

Then, goto the URL opera://settings/clearBrowserData and clear "cached images and files" for all time.

Then, goto the URL opera://password-manager/passwords and make sure the domain, username and password are correct for the course login.

Then, things should default to course sites. But, once your log into your personal account again, I'm not sure what will happen.

What would probably be better is to just create a separate Opera profile for use with your courses. Then you won't have to worry about any interference.

@burnout426 Thanks for your reply, and sorry for the late response. At the moment, I can't afford to end up locked out of my VLE account since I'm still taking my classes and need the at least partial access to it. I managed to remedy my situation by installing the MS Teams APP. But since I still would like to be able to use it on my browser if needed, as soon as I can, I will attempt that solution and provide a feedback. Your attention is very much appreciated.
