New update english only

Hej, is there a possibility to switch to German, or another Language beside English? After reboot or start Opera today and the update was installed, Opera is in English only.
So is it a bug, anyone else has the same Problem?

Opera is up to date

And I am not talkin about the way to translate the Websites, Problem is the complete browser Language.

after logout from Opera forum the Language was in Sverige (Swedish), after closing the original thread everything is in Deutsch what the ... is that?

Header SHA1 digest: OK

Mistake by Opera Build: no hush Key; downloaded same Build, installed again (override ...!) and it works now.
Change Standard to German, or English. Everything ist fine now.

Am ok with getting
