I cannot update Opera

Hi. I can't update Opera. Restarting after update has no effect.
Opera One(versiune: 110.0.5130.66)
Windows 10 Pro, 22H2.

Sorry for the delay.
I observed that, goeing to Opera://about, the version reported is "Versiunea ta este110.0.5130.66". When I want to uninstall Opera via Apps in Windows, the version reported is Opera Stable 111.0.5168.43, i.e. the newest!
But still no desapearing "Restart now to update"

Update complete!
I only updated Windows (KB5039299), and that's all!
