Dragging new window puts it behind

Whenever I drag a tab out to start a new window, it puts it behind my current window but it still has focus, meaning I need to alt tab away and back to get it in the foreground.
I'm on Windows 11, and it won't stop doing this no matter what I do, and it's incredibly annoying.
Any suggestions?

That should be fixed in Opera 111. Sounds like you might still be using 110. Latest version at this moment is 111.0.5168.25.
