Opera clears every cookie on exit

i have a problem with operagx latetly i had no problem when i first installed it but after about 3 weeks it started to clear ever cookies on exit, i done everything i allowed every cookie and even turned off every antivirus i had, none seems to be working i always have to delete and reinstall opera ever week now

Goto the URL opera://settings/content/siteData, make sure the "Default behavior" is set to "Allow sites to save data on your device" and clear all "customized behaviors" lists.

Then, goto the URL opera://settings/cookies, make sure it's set to "Block third-party cookies in Incognito mode" and make sure the "allowed" list is empty.

Then, goto the URL opera://settings/clearBrowserData, switch to advanced and clear "cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" for all time.

Then, goto the URL opera://about, take note of the "profile" path, close Opera and delete the "Cookies" file in the "Network" folder in the profile folder.

Then see if things stick.

I have the same Issue if I log into my Google Account to watch some Youtube. Everytime I close Opera GX, I have to sign in again and again. I recently changed my Setup and on my old rig everything worked fine. I hope its fixable soon.
