Animated wallpaper isn't animating

There seems to be a problem with 111.0.5168.25 update, for me it was the animated wallpaper where it just stays static and I couldn't fix it. After trying everything unistalling and reinstalling the same version still won't work. So the solution was to uninstall and install the previous version which is 110.0.5130.82 (for me)
