[Duplicated][Request] Show address bar and tabs bar when mouse is on the top if using Fullscreen

Hey, I've been loving using Opera GX for a while, but I would love for you to add this feature because I feel like they are essential for a browser (as someone coming from Firefox):

1. When you are in full screen, if you hover the mouse to the top, you should be able to see the search bar and tabs. If possible please make this an opt-in option.
