Importing passwords from Firefox doesn't seem to work

I selected to import from Firefox, but when it finishes, it looks like nothing has happened. I would also like my passwords, as I have a lot of passwords and I don't want to lose them.

In Firefox, goto the URL about:logins, click the 3 dots at the top right of the page and choose "Export passwords" to export your passwords to a CSV file.

Then in Opera, goto the URL opera://password-manager/settings and click "select file" to import that CSV file.
