Opera browser doens't "fullscreen" with the "Hide task bar" option on windows

when the task bar is hidden opera stays the same size, it worked perfectly fine on previous version(s) but now there is just that empty space at the bottom of the screen even if it's on maximized window.

It's working fine for me in Opera One 110.0.5130.35 64-bit on Windows 11 23H2 for what it's worth. Taskbar is set to auto-hide and maximizing Opera uses all of the screen space and so does going into fullscreen mode.
