new email with signature-html-formatting not works

hello,
i will send a new email.
i configure the signature with html-formatting.
but when i start a new email it ist in text-formatting.

i configure the property "Account Properties > Outgoing > Edit signature > Use Html Formatting" = true

Have you selected 'Prefer HTML Formatting' in 'Account properties / Outgoing' (third option down) ?.

Also, for reading purposes, click the wrench icon at the top right of Opera and uncheck "prefer plain text" if it's checked.
