Dev Tools sidebar does not resize the new page

Steps to replicate:

• go to a website
• open the dev tools
• go to a different website or subdomain (either change url, or if the website itself redirects you somewhere else)

Results:
The Dev Tools sidebar does not resize the new page, it layers above it:

To fix, you have to:
a) resize a bit the devtools to re-trigger the responsiveness calculations
b) reopen dev tools

What should have looked like:

For me is annoying cause it happens when I change/redirect through subdomains of my website during development.
