Opera GX Starts very slow after open the browser

Hello there
Since a few days i do have the problem that opera is starting quite slow. But not generally , only after i start The browser new.
That means , if i start Opera GX the open tabs " idle" for like 10-20 seconds while try to load them. after that all tabs got loadet with normal speed. After that : everything work as usual and as fast as usual. so this ONLY appears after a start of the programm but NOT after the browser is running fully.
System Specs :
Intel i5 13600k
rx 6900 xt
32gb ddr 5 ramSo i do have the feeling this might have something to do with the custom DNS im using or one of the script add blockers.
is that problem known , and if yes how do i solve this ?
