On Suse linux the browser window does not have a border?

As there is now boarder and I cant see how to add one the browser window just fades into the window below. Tried dark mode but that still does not have a demarcation for the bottom or the left of the window. If the page is long then there is a faint scroll bar but it hard to see. Looked through the setting for a high contrast theme but could not find.
Like the features of Opera but at the moment Firefox is easier to see what I am doing!
How do I solve this issue?

@ianpg can you attach a screenshot. What do you mean when you say there is no border? can you move the mouse to the border and see resize arrow?
