Youtube is blocking my videos from playing even though i whitelisted it from GX's built-in adblock.

For some reason, Youtube has blocked my video view from having opera's built in adblock enabled even though i whitelisted it? thoughts and solutions are helpful.

Below i have attached is my whitelists for trackers and my ads whitelist.
