ASR (Attack Surface Reduction) GP rule (Block only Office communication applications from creating child processes) blocks Opera from opening any links! Other browsers work just fine.

On my work computer Opera is setup as default browser system-wide. It is also setup as a default browser in Office 365, so Outlook and Teams use Opera to pen links.
However, any links to internal resources such as Sharepoint or other internally hosted links are blocked with the following message:
Upon clicking the OK button, the link opens in Edge no problem.
The interesting thing is that if I change the default browser to Chrome or Firefox, such links are opening just fine in those browsers, but not in Opera. I wonder if there is anything special about the way Opera is opening such linnks and if there is a way to change it to behave like Chrome or Edge, so I can continue to use Opera. Here are my Opepra details:
Opera One(version: 109.0.5097.45)
Opera is up to date
Update stream:Stable
System:Windows 11 64-bit
Chromium version:123.0.6312.106Thank you.
