Pop-out video - turn off clicking

I would like to suggest a new feature that gives you the ability to just pin the video pop-out there.

I like watching video's as I play games, but when playing games that force full screen dragging around ur invisible mouse will eventually land u at clicking on the pop-out and glitching out (mid fight )

I would appreciate if this could be consired, thank you!
