Opera GX Won't Save My Cookie Preferences Despite the Last Update

I've stated this problem before. Even though Opera GX has received an update, Opera GX always sets my cookie preferences by default. I select the "Block third-party cookies" option in the cookie settings and exit the browser. Then, when I open the browser again, the default option is selected as "Block third-party cookies in incognito mode". I don't want this.
