AxiosError - I can't access VPN Pro subscription and no replies from support ticket

I have subscribed to VPN Pro services for the past 2/3 months. And I would like to unsubscribe the service as it's not really working for where I am at.
The issue is even when the subscription is active and the fee is deducted from my credit card, my account recently started showing I don't have a VPN Pro service.
Attempts to access my subscription under the Opera Account kept showing AxiosError
I tried using other browsers to access my Opera account, using my iPhone safari browser, via my home internet, via telco 4G network. All showed the same error on this page.
I have tried sending in a few support tickets but gotten no replies.
I even want to delete my entire account but I can't, since I login using Apple Login which does not need to set a password.
I am at a loss on how I can resolve this issue. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
