synchronization problems

Greetings community, for a couple of weeks now I have been having synchronization problems with my Opera account, the bookmarks that I save on one computer I cannot see on another. My Opera account is synchronized on my phone, notebook, and desktop PC,
The synchronization between notebook and phone works well but the desktop is isolated.
I tried completely uninstalling Opera from my PC and it didn't work, I tried the OPERA GX version and Normal didn't work either. The only thing I haven't tried is resetting the synchronization if that would help me,
but I don't know if by doing that I lose my bookmarks and more importantly the passwords that I have saved.
