I just got an email from Opera, but I don't know, how can I visit a dot? Here is email:

I tried to ask them, why I can't disable address bar hiding in Opera for Android.

Dot or no dot, you still managed to find your way here, Which is where they were probably going to suggest you visit, but for whatever reason, never got that far.
Anyway, disabling the hiding of the address bar in Opera Mobile for Android is not possible, by design.
If you are not happy with this being the case, and would wish to make a suggestion to see that changed. The best place to post such requests is the Suggestion Box, but also giving a number useful/valid reasons for requesting why you think such a feature needs to be implemented.

Thanks to linuxmint7 posting the direct link to download Opera Classic without requiring google play store. I downloaded Opera Classic. I am pleased Classic displays address bar, has zoom option to enlarge text so less difficult to edit text and correct typos in form field, offers word wrap and has other features. It is a pity the new release of Opera senselessly removed these essential functionalities.
