Repeated display of the „Ask Aria“ button in the address bar.

Every time Opera One starts, the „Ask Aria“ button appears at the right end of the address bar, but in the „AI Service“ settings the switch „Aria on the toolbar“ is in the OFF position and must be switched to ON and back to OFF.
