Cannot delete device(s) from Opera account

The synchronisation service has always been far from perfect, if you reinstall windows and then Opera, you have to copy and paste the speed dials from the original device into the new one's speed dial, this meant you ended up with multiple devices with the same name.
Previously you could log into the Opera account and remove devices, but this doesn't work, if you are using Opera to do this and click on synced data it just takes you to the settings page where you choose what you want synced.
I tried logging in with Edge browser, then I could see the devices but there was no way to select or delete them.
Can you please help, or fix the problem,
