Sudden Reset

I have been using this account for almost a year now and gone through many sudden updates. But I have never seen anything like this before.

I opened my browser as I usually do in my day, getting ready to start my job until I realized all of my settings have been reset without any of my knowledge. Mind you I have a very strong password on both my account and laptop so it shouldn't have been tampered with.
Here's a list of things that reset/removed

• My browsing speed dial is missing which contained all my work's shortcuts

• My Opera GX's extension tools are also missing

• Even my Modded wallpaper and keyboard sounds have been reset.

My history and cookies are still there so that means something must have happened while I was offline.
Has anyone else have this issue? If so, please let me know how to restore them because it'll be a hassle to redo them all over again.
