[Duplicated]Application Error 0xc0000022

Opera GX won't open, give me an error every time I try.
The error reads as follows:The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application.
In trying to fix it, I have done the following with no success:
- Saved my original information to a hard drive.
- Completely deleted everything and reinstalled a fresh OperaGX.
- Installed the latest Microsoft Visual C++ (2015-2022) Redistributable (both 64x and 86x)
- Modified and repaired all my current MVC++
- Ran multiple recommended antiviruses and found nothing.
Is there anything else I can do?
