I can't analyze the dmp files, but try this:

Open up a command prompt and launch Opera GX like this:

"%LocalAppData%\Programs\Opera GX\launcher.exe" --disable-gpu --disable-extensions

to test if Opera then opens. If so, try to see if there's a crash ID for the crash and post the ID here.
