can there be a limit to how long a session of opera run for?

A question for you guys, operational wise, can there be a limit to how long a session of opera run for? the tabs i have open are open from back in December and the tab count only kept increasing and the session expanding, is there a limit on which i have to close all the tabs shutdown opera with only 1 tab and reopen all the tabs in new session?
i saw some sort of window id in a config file somewhere and some of the tabs in my session had window id of 200000+ number. -
