Exporting opera gx passwords file

Recently got a new pc and for some reason the sync isnt working so i thought i would do it thru the files however on my old pc there is no "export passwords" button like there is on my new one and i have no idea why

So, when you goto the URL
opera://password-manager/settings, you're not seeing a "Download file" button? Do you at least see your passwords listed at the URLopera://password-manager/passwords?What version of Opera GX do you see on that computer as seen at the URL
opera://about?
