My Flow function has messed up my bookmarks (need to revert please)

Hello, I have just read about my flow function and I wanted to start using Opera GX on my phone as well because I like the browser more than google chrome. So I have followed instructions and stuff and activated some "synchronization and stuff" so I could like connect it.
The thing is that after I have done these few steps, all my bookmarks have changed (like jumped back a year or 2) to the time, when I imported bookmarks from my google account. These are obviously completelly different and useless. Can I somehow revert this change, revert the My Flow and get back my bookmarks?
