Sub menu Island tab just show if i open search engine and click inside

Please add submenu new island, its help people who open pararel tab, the problem is if i create new island needs searching with google, open link and after that show the island. May be for some user no need this but can add on advanced setting, thanks. Correct me if grammar is bad.
