Galaxy S8 tabs are gone. Please help to get them back

Hello. I had a Galaxy S8 smartphone and I used Opera Browser on it. I was always logged in and the synchronisation was always on. I now have another smartphone. And I've resetted S8 already so there is no saved data on it. But the synchronisation of opera browser doesn't show me my S8 tabs. There is no S8 device at all. How can I get my tabs back?
